In the conceptual project, our mission was to revitalise Emerald Island Villas' digital landscape by providing a cutting-edge booking website and an advanced property management system. This transformation aimed to enhance their customer experience, streamline reservation processes, and provide efficient housekeeping management for property owners. Additionally, the website was crafted to effectively showcase not only the stunning properties but also the array of onsite amenities, offering potential guests a comprehensive glimpse into the enchanting world of Emerald Island Villas. Furthermore, recognizing that many property owners were heavily reliant on online travel agencies (OTAs) for their bookings, our solution aimed to empower these owners by reducing their dependency on third-party platforms. By offering a direct booking option through the resort's website, property owners could significantly save on fees and retain more of their earnings. Ultimately, our goal was to position Emerald Island Villas as a larger player in the competitive vacation rental market and provide a seamless connection between travelers and the magic of Orlando, while also offering property owners a more financially advantageous alternative to traditional booking channels.
